While it contains information about the 9 inescapable decisions which control every task, the information in this app is rendered much more useful to those who have completed the 9D O/S skills training workshop.

It can be used to help recognize where you currently find yourself within the progression of a task. It could also remind you of some approaches you could take to diagnose problems, align your team and expedite your efforts.
